Coaching is a developmental process and is not psychological, psychiatric or medical treatment, nor a substitute for professional diagnosis or care. In situations of acute mental distress, please contact a qualified professional or emergency services.

No guaranteed outcome

Coaching is a personal process that depends substantially on the client's own involvement and responsibility. No specific result, pace of progress or measurable change is guaranteed.

Scheduling, payment and cancellations

Full engagement terms, including scope, price, payment method, and the policy for cancellations and missed sessions, are agreed individually with each client at the outset and documented separately from these terms.

Confidentiality

What is said in the coaching room is kept confidential. Possible exceptions are situations where there is a legal duty to report, or a genuine concern for a person's safety.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, photographs, illustrations and design, is protected by copyright. It may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or used commercially without prior written permission.

Limitation of liability

Use of this site is at the user's own risk. No liability is accepted for any direct or indirect damage arising from reliance on the site's content or from its use.
